Why was NEOCELL flagged by my antivirus?

Is NEOCELL a virus?NEOCELL is not a virus. distributing malware to stay in business is not necessary, nor would we ever consider this to be an option. Any detection by your antivirus is a false positive. There are several reasons why your antivirus might flag NEOCELL or its trainers. The most common cause is the way we protect our code. Unfortunately, some antiviruses automatically flag any file they cannot scan.

Why is a game listed as unsupported?

Due to the nature of some games, we are either unable to or will not create mods for them. These games will be marked as unsupported and will not be featured in NEOCELL.

We will not create mods for games that meet at least one of the following criteria:

The game is multiplayer-only or can't be modified without affecting multiplayer gameplay. NEOCELL only supports modding in single-player game modes.

The game features microtransactions that mods would allow you to obtain for free or with less work.

The player will have a high probability of being banned from the game, even if the mods are used offline or in a single-player game mode.

The game is overly complex, and it would take too much time to create mods. The popularity of the game is taken into consideration.

Is NEOCELL legal?someone told me modding is illegal

Yes! NEOCELL is legal. While it may be against the terms of service for most games, it is not illegal in most countries, including the Americas and European countries. There are very few countries where modding games is illegal.

Is NEOCELL safe to download?

Yes! NEOCELL is entirely safe. NEOCELL is directly supported by our Pro members and will never distribute malware or adware. We pride ourselves on delivering the safest modding tool available.

Check and correctly select the right game process operation process instructions

1. Run the game you need to modify, open NEOCELL Trainer and find the game process you need to modify, you can inject and use it in the game; if you don't know which is the right game process, refer to step 2.

2. Open the task manager and right click "Go to details" to find the running game process, then return to the window of selecting the game process.

3. After referring to the correct process, click "Add NeoCell" in the NeoCell process selection window after selecting it, and then click "Cell has been added", which means that the Trainer  has been successfully injected into the game, and you can start playing the game.

Can I use NEOCELL without an active connection?

NEOCELL can be used without an active connection after you have used the trainer at least once. NEOCELL downloads trainers as required then stores them locally. You must have an active connection the first time you use a new trainer. For the best experience, NEOCELL should be used with an active connection whenever possible.

Does NEOCELL support Multiplayer?

NEOCELL does NOT condone modding in multiplayer.

Although some of our mods may work in multiplayer, they were not designed to do so. We do not bypass any multiplayer anti-modification software and NEOCELL is NOT responsible for any repercussions from trying to use the mods in multiplayer.  Moding in multiplayer ruins the experience for others and makes the entire modding community look bad.

How to solve the problem that "Cells have been added" is not shown in NEOCELL trainer

1. Right click on the computer desktop, click "Display Settings"

2. Set the scaling and layout to 100% recommended, restart the NEOCELL trainer client to show "Cells have been added".

Does NEOCELL support Linux or macOS?

2. Please try to click "Add Neocell" button after the game starts.

3. If you have started the game, please close the background useless programs to reduce resource consumption, which can improve the rate of scanning to the game process

Why did my game crash?

Many things can cause game crashes; unfortunately, it is challenging to pinpoint the root cause of most crashes. The most common causes of a game crash are incompatible hardware, game updates, trainer incompatibility, and mods.

Incompatible Hardware

Due to the wide variety of parts available for PCs, it is impossible to test software on every system. Every attempt is made to ensure that software is available for as many hardware configurations as possible. Please ensure that your hardware meets the minimum specifications for the game and NEOCELL.

Game Updates

Unfortunately, game updates aren't always stable and may cause your game to crash. If this is the case, you need to contact the developer for help. Please ensure you have played the game at least once without NEOCELL after an update. Occasionally a change will not be applied until you have run the game at least once. If you use the trainer, and this is the case, it could affect the stability of the game.

Trainer Incompatibility

Due to the way trainers work, you should only use trainers if they are marked as Available. If a trainer is marked as unavailable, you are potentially using a trainer that does not support your version of the game. The info section of the trainer will let you know if it is awaiting testing or currently in the update queue. If the game is in the queue, you should not attempt to use the trainer until it is updated. A warning will be displayed when trying to use a trainer that may be incompatible.

Moddining in General

A common side effect of modding is game crashes; unfortunately, there isn't anything that can be done about this. All trainers work by injecting into the running game process and modifying values. Since NEOCELL actively changes values, one of these may cause an internal error and cause the game to crash. If this happens, restart your game and try again. Please check the mod notes for special instructions if it happens multiple times.

The function automatically closes after the Trainer function is opened

1. After opening the function, the function will be closed automatically because the game version is not consistent with the version supported by the Trainer, so the function is invalid;

Generally the game version supported by the Trainer is the latest version, it is recommended to update the game version and try again.

If it is the latest version of the game, please wait for the Trainer to update, you can pay attention to this game first, after paying attention to the game Trainer once updated, we will send an email to notify you

Why can't I activate mods bound to the numpad?

If you cannot enable mods bound to the Numpad, make sure num-lock is enabled. If you still cannot use these mods, please try rebinding them to different keys.

We're having trouble loading the mods into your game

What causes this error?

This error may appear for a few reasons: you are attempting to use it in multiplayer or an unsupported game mode, you are running an unsupported version of the game (newer or older), your game is from an unsupported DRM, an antivirus is stopping NEOCELL from injecting, or we were unable to find the running process.

How can I fix it?

Make sure you are only trying to use the trainer in a single player. Most games have anti-modification software built into multiplayer that stops NEOCELL from injecting into the process.

Check if the game is listed as compatible. If the game is not listed as compatible, you might be using an unsupported version of the game. If this is the case, you will need to update your game, or if you are using a newer version that NEOCELL does not yet support, you will need to wait for the trainer to be updated.

Check that your game is from the same DRM as the one shown in NEOCELL. Trainers may not be compatible across multiple DRM platforms.

Disable your antivirus or add an exception while using NEOCELL.

We're having trouble starting or finding your game

This error can appear for a variety of reasons. We will go through the most common reasons and solutions.

Your antivirus is blocking NEOCELL

Some antiviruses will stop NEOCELL when it attempts to inject into a running process(the games). To resolve this issue, follow the directions Here to add NEOCELL to your antivirus's whitelist.

Your game version is incompatible

A trainer may not be compatible with your version of the game. The trainer could be out of date, your game could be out of date, or your game is from a different DRM. Make sure your game is listed as compatible in NEOCELL. If it is listed as not available and shows a message stating that it needs to be tested or updated, please check the game queue to see its current position. Clicking "notify me" will alert you when the trainer is updated.

The game requires extra steps to disable anti-tamper

Occasionally a game will have anti-tamper in singleplayer that requires file patching or extra steps when launching the game. Please check the trainer notes for special launch instructions.

How to update NEOCELL?

We adopt the automatic update mode, when there is a new version, we will check and complete the update automatically when we start the software.

Cheats toggle off automatically

Mod may toggle off automatically if

The trainer does not support your game version

If you receive a warning when launching the game that the mods may not be compatible with your game version, then your game version is not currently officially supported by NEOCELL or needs to be tested. We cannot guarantee the mods will work with your version of the game if you receive this notice.

You are trying to use the trainer outside of the intended area

Trainers should only be used in single-player game modes. They are not tested in multiplayer and NEOCELL does not condone modding in multiplayer.

The game has anti-modification software that needs to be disabled

If the game has an anti-mod that must be disabled before you can use NEOCELL it will be noted in the trainer info. If the anti-mod is not disabled prior to using the mods, they will not work, and there is a chance you will be banned.
